Who pays for duties and customs fees?
All international orders are subject to duties, taxes and fees as determined by their local government. Since each country is different, Gotham City Online is not able to assist in collecting those duties and all duties, taxes and fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery (COD) of the package. Please note that customers are responsible for observing all customs rules when making purchases – many countries restrict footwear based on the material, especially for exotic skins like alligator or snake. Gotham City Online is not reponsible for items held by customs.
