Either the department or the agency may provide the sexual harassment awareness and prevention training.

I am an adjunct faculty member and completed ADA Awareness and Sexual Harassment Prevention training through my full-time job. Can those courses meet my requirement at ACC?
Are employers mandated by law to provide EEO and Sexual Harassment Prevention training?
