To be eligible for HELP: • Be an OHLAP recipient • Submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid • Be a new entering college freshman • Be fully admitted to OSU Institute of Technology with no more than one academic deficiency • Be classified as an Oklahoma resident • Enrolled in 12 semester credit hours or more per academic term • Maintain satisfactory academic progress • Enrolled in an AAS, AS, or BT advanced technological education degree program
