Who should attend a Pathways to Leadership program?
The program is primarily designed for senior leaders, managers, supervisors, team leaders, sales, customer service, and professional personnel. It’s designed for those who can significantly impact the most important resource of an organization – its people. This early participation by senior employees creates a strong foundation for the entire organization. Once the Wellness Culture is established, the Pathways Journey program is available for hourly employees.
