Who should be listed on the Primary Contact Form from the grantee organization?
The person on the Primary Contact Form should be the person that is designated to draw down funds on behalf of the grantee organization. A grantee organization can have up to three individuals with access to the Payment Management System (a Primary Contact Form should be completed for each person). Usernames and passwords should never be shared. You may contact your DPM Account representative if you have any questions.
