If your Sony CLIE handheld gets disconnected from your computer, RealJukebox is designed to stop the transfer or formatting and you will receive an error message indicating the operation has been cancelled. In some situations, RealJukebox may be unable to create the error in time and the program may crash. Avoid disconnecting your Sony CLIE until after the transfer has completed and RealJukebox has been closed.
