Who Should NASCAR Induct Into the Hall of Fame First? Monday March 6, 2006 Charlotte, North Carolina was announced today as the future home of the NASCAR Hall of Fame. While the new Hall of Fame isn’t scheduled to open until 2009 or early 2010 it is never too early to consider who should be enshrined inside.
