Copies of your living will and/or durable power of attorney for health care should be given to your attorney-in-fact, family members, physician, attorney, other regular health care providers and trusted friends. You might also note where the original document is located and keep a list of who has copies. You may want to keep a card in your wallet that states you have executed these documents and give the name and phone number of your attorney-in-fact.  more
