Who Sings “The Simpsons” theme song?
The song was composed by Danny Elfman. However, the next season, Alf Clausen rearranged the song to what we hear today. But if you were to credit it to someone, it would be Danny Elfman. As far as who sings it, this is unknown. It is most likely a couple random uncredited people, for I cannot find names anywhere. The music is done with an orchestra, just like Family Guy does. It is prerecorded, and added every episode. The only thing in the song that changes is Lisa’s saxaphone solo. There are many different ones.
