The Owner pays for water and yard service anytime the house is vacant. The Kellogg Agency will contract with a yard service company when the house is vacant. Keeping the yards neat and weed-free is essential to present the best appearance to applicants and also to eliminate HOA violations. If there is grass you can expect approximately $25-35/wk. If there is no grass you can expect approximately $25-50/mo.  more
