Who takes the End-of Course (EOC) tests? Will eighth and ninth grade students be included in the EOC tests?
EOC courses are not grade specific, and could be taken by students in grades 7 – 12 if these students are enrolled in the associated courses for high school credit. Whenever a student completes any of the EOC test associated courses (Biology, English II, U.S. History, Algebra I or Integrated Math I) for high school credit, the student will take the EOC test. Students completing these courses in Block 1 take the test during January.
