Who trains and develops my school’s PFI-employed caretakers and nursery nurses?
Your PFI provider, since you are only responsible for staff who work under your direction. However, you may have influence where you don’t have direct responsibility and might find it appropriate to encourage training and development through a management board for a linked nursery or in reviewing the effectiveness of cleaning services.
