Who upholsters the chairs?

We currently have four upholsterers in our workshop. They're all hugely talented and experienced, which is vital as it's this knowledge that ensures the chairs are finished to the highest standards. What techniques are used? Our upholsterers use traditional methods. Natural fibres such as horsehair and flock are used for re-stuffing, and hessian and cotton are used to cover the natural fibres. The fabric is then hand-stitched on. Can I buy from your website? People tend to like more information about the chairs before they buy so we take orders over the phone.
