Kitchen Area: • Tim was able to choose from a list of 16 supplier sponsors (CEDA members) and was able to utilise up to £5000 of the prize money, per supplier, to purchase equipment. • Planning and design for the project began in February 2008. • The improvements to the kitchen area were completed in two phases.
