Who will actually manage and operate the West Family YMCA facility?
The Scott County Family Y will manage and operate the West Family YMCA according to a 25-year shared use agreement. The YMCA will employ an Executive Director that will oversee all Y operations. A Joint Program Team will implement the shared use agreement, develop the schedule, provide program development, assist with marketing and communications and evaluate and review the process. A Steering Committee will maintain agreement compliance, upkeep and oversight of the shared assets and evaluate and review the agreement.
