All employees are eligible to make contributions to the plan and to receive IRC’s matching contributions. Eligibility for the “base contribution” portion of the plan will be limited to all full-time regular employees and part-time regular employees, who are regularly scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours each week. Part-time employees (working under 20 hours per week) and Temporary employees will still be eligible to make contributions to the Plan and receive IRC’s matching contributions. The Retirement Plan’s current eligibility requirement of one year of IRC service is being removed for the enhanced IRC 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan. Eligible employees will receive “base contributions” beginning with their first IRC paycheck. IRC volunteers, interns, consultants, part-time employees (working under 20 hours per week) and temporary employees will not be eligible to receive base contributions.
