Public agency use includes: • City of Chicago Cashiering Department • Cook County Recorder’s Office • Cook County Assessor’s Office EZ Dec will initially be used for real-property transactions in the City of Chicago and Cook County. At a future date, EZ Dec functionality will extend across all Illinois counties.
