Who will win Manny Pacquiao or Ricky Hatton?
Pacquiao will win. In this bout, speed and endurance is key. Both fighters are fast, but Pacquiao is faster and can last longer if the fight goes for more than 9 rounds. Mayweather Sr. and Hatton believe it’s strength, but how will you use your strength when the other guy is too fast and faster at punching you. You can’t hit what you can’t see. The whole eagerness to win thing isn’t going to be too much of a factor because both guys are going into this bout wanting to bash the other guy’s face in. It’s more of a pain and hurt issue vs an eagerness to win issue. Also, confidence will play more of a factor than eagerness will. Pacquiao has a lot to lose, but he’s confident enough to put it all on the line. Hatton has got nothing to lose, so he’s not worried too much about a lost as much as Pacquiao is.
