Glen Foley was a back up quaterback who became the starter for the NY Jets for a few games in the mid 90’s. He wore the number 4 for the Jets. Other than Richard Todd most Jet fans would like to erase from their memory but most are unable to do so that the number 14 was also wore by Neil O’donnell. The quarterback signed to a monster deal after going to Super Bowl with the Pittsburgh Steelers and throwing 3 interceptions in the game. He was signed for 5 years $25 million and a $7 million signing bonus.
