If you’re hand writing them, someone with good handwriting! Anyone can help you write out invitations, especially if you have a lot or have poor penmanship. I’ve been told not to go anywhere NEAR the envelopes for our invitations because my chicken-scratch is repulsive! My future sister-in-law will be doing the envelopes in calligraphy for us which was really nice of her to offer. Good luck!
