Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine (VCOM) – Established in the Corporate Research Center in 2003 as a collaborative partner with Virginia Tech, the VCOM graduated its first class of osteopathic primary care physicians in 2007. NBE Tech LLC. – Formed in 2005, NBE is a good example of a CRC tenant company and VT KnowledgeWorks member whose startup resulted from research that was conducted at the university and licensed through Virginia Tech Intellectual Properties.
