Whos responsible for the maintenance of vacant lots with overgrown weeds, grass or brush?
The property owner is responsible for keeping the property clear of trash, debris and overgrown vegetation. Failure to do so can result in a lien being placed on the property for cleaning fees should the County incur the responsibility of cleaning up the property.
