i own a repair shop,and it could either be a bad coil pack,or a bad plug wire,or a bad plug in it,these will cause it to miss once in a while,and not all the time,,if it missed all the time it would be valve problem ,but since its just once in a while it might be time to have a good tune up done on it,,id say that will help it a lot,,good luck i hope this help,s.
