Why a twinning with the Regional Environment Protection Agency ?
The accession, in the very near future, of Romania to the European Union, requires the setting of many new standards, which apply to whole of the Member States. The twinning have the purpose to help the countries that join the European Union to implement the Acquis Communautaire, in other words all the directives that already apply to the Members State of the European Union. These twinning are organized between the institutions of the Member States and the Candidate Countries based on a contract that defines the working program.
