Why adrenaline is used although there are more selective adrenergic receptors agonists?

Adrenaline is still in use because it can act on more than one receptor e.g. in anaphylactic shock: it acts on alpha receptors to increase the ABP, on beta-2 receptors to dilate the bronchial tree and prevent histamine release in bronchial asthma: it decongest the bronchial mucosa (alpha action) and dilates the bronchioles (beta-2 action) In addition it is a very cheap drug.
