Why after the rain sometimes there is a rainbow in the sky?
The rainbow always appears, because of God’s promise to us that He would never flood the earth again. -The rainbow always apears whether you see it or not. 😀 Genesis 9:12&13 And God said, “This is the sign of the covenant I am making between me and you and every living creature with you, a covenant for all generations to come: I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth.
There are many stories relating to Rainbows. You will find a pot of gold at the end of a Rainbow. It is a sign from God and a promise that there will never be another flood that will cover the earth like the one Noah built the Ark for. When you see a Rainbow you will note that the rain is not generalised but localised i.e. a passing shower. Also you will note that the sun is shining through or past the rain bearing cloud. As the sunlight hits the moisture in the atmosphere it is split into the primary colours of the spectrum. from the outside inwards, Red, Orange Yellow Green, Blue, Indigo and Violet.
