Why am I getting an error message when I try to upload a Visio document to a meeting in Live Meeting 2007?
This problem occurs if you have Visio 2003 installed on the computer. To work around this problem, use one of the following methods: · Open and print the Visio file by using the Live Meeting Document Image Writer printer. Then, upload the file to Live Meeting. · If you have Visio 2003 installed on the computer, upgrade to Visio 2007. Then, upload the file. · Use a computer that has Visio 2007 to upload the file. · Use desktop sharing or application sharing in Live Meeting to upload the file. · Use the Live Meeting Snapshot tool to take a snapshot of the document.
