There are several situations under which you may not be offered the option to purchase this package: • If any customer in the reservation is an AAdvantage elite status member, the package will not be offered because those customers already receive boarding priority and standby privileges as a benefit of their elite status membership. • The Boarding and Flexibility Package is not available in all markets. • Customers traveling in First Class, Business Class, or full-fare Economy Class will not be offered this package as they already receive these benefits as part of their ticket. • AAdvantage Award Tickets are not eligible for the boarding and flexibility package. However, passengers travelling on AAdvantage Award tickets can purchase Group 1 of General Boarding at a Self-Service Check-In machine.
