There are several situations under which you will not be offered the option to purchase the package: • If any customer in the reservation is an AAdvantage elite status member, the package will not be offered because those customers and their companions on the same reservation already receive boarding priority and standby privileges as a benefit of elite status membership. • The Boarding and Flexibility package is only available for travel within the 48 contiguous United States. • Customers traveling in First Class, Business Class, or full-fare Economy Class will not be offered this package as they already receive these benefits as part of their ticket. • AAdvantage Award Tickets are not eligible for the Boarding and Flexibility package. However, passengers traveling on AAdvantage Award tickets can purchase Group 1 of General Boarding at a Self-Service Check-In Machine.
