Why am i so nervous with my new job?
It sounds like perhaps you have yourself convinced that you simply can’t do this. If that’s true, then I have to tell you….. you’re wrong. You CAN do this. You have plenty of time to learn the ropes in your job. It’s only your second night. Every job has a lot of things to learn, and your job is no exception. But be patient with yourself. Take a small notebook with you to work. Anything that is difficult for you to learn, write down. Give yourself a break here, but don’t quit, because if you do, you will continue to believe that you can’t do anything, and you will debilitate yourself. Give yourself the chance to prove that you are cmopetent and that you can hold a job. You CAN do this.
