Sounds more like a psychological problem. You’ve began to associate pain and headaches with starchy food so now whenever you have some your mind triggers the headaches. The same thing happens with many vegetarians and vegans with meat, they eat it after going veg, but they expect to get sick and then they do. The mind is stronger than the body, many, many times stronger. Just a random example of the mind’s strength is when people who have amputations claim to be feeling in the limb that is no longer there. One way to figure out if it is all in your head is if you have someone who can cook for you, ask them to cook you dinner all week and at some point add in one of the foods you get headaches with, but tell them to disguise it as something else so you won’t recognize it. If you go through the week and don’t have the headaches then obviously it is in your head, if you have headaches all week due to being fearful of when the starch food will be presented to you, then it’s all in your hea
