Why are Greek and special characters (such as Angstroms) not displaying correctly in a saved SubScape comma-separated value (.csv) file?

When you save chart data in .csv format, some characters – e.g., degree (o) symbol, Greek characters – may display incorrectly. These characters are not part of the Latin-1 character set and, as such, are not displayable in .csv format.
