Why are items showing in my UPI view as eligible for credit if auto file is on?

This is usually due to the way you have your UPI settings configured in your Sales > Settings. Items are eligible for the dispute 7 days after the item closes on eBay. However, your ChannelAdvisor account may have this set to automatically file the dispute 14 days after closing. In that case, the filter in the UPI view will show all items that are eligible for a dispute (items that have closed 7 or more days ago without payment) but have not reached 14 days yet. If your account is set to file a dispute 7 days after closing, then this filter will not show any information since the dispute will be filed as soon as it is eligible.
