Why are Lawyers despised?
Because when the thousands of people who were terribly wronged, each receive $9.32 in reparations, while the lawyers whom were not victimized, end up with a few million a piece, then the exploited class feels like the action of passing a Snickers bar to the perfunctory Professor Profusely Propagating isn’t really worth that much. However, that’s reason for posting smart-ass comments more than it is anything worthy of despising anyone. Its nearly the doings of a Boy Scout in comparison to the many truly disgusting actions that are often taken within America’s court rooms these days. An ACLU lawyer argued within the Supreme Court that “Americans have the Constitutional right to have sex with children”. That should make all ACLU cardholders consider carefully what they support & empower with their money. Recently the officers of the court on both sides of a trial whom were in cahoots with each other (except Proponent’s lawyers), ended up painting the picture that the people of California
I kind of like lawyers. Defense attorneys protect innocent people from the justice system. The thing is, most decent people, at their very cores, know that legalism is a foul thing, and hate it, and so they hate lawyers as a result. Thinking in terms of laws and rules and restrictions and how to get around them is generally bad compared to thinking in more human terms, meaning thinking morally, situationally, rationally, and NOT confined to manoeuvring around a set of man-made arbitrary laws. Lawyers are necessary because we have laws, and I think that deep down it’s the law that people despise. In our every day lives most of us never come face to face with problems caused by laws, but when we do, we first turn to a lawyer. They’re necessary evils – both the laws (at least some of them) and the lawyers that study them and keep us safe from them.
