Why are liberals and the liberal schools so pressed on censoring books and stuff they dislike?
Because that is what liberals do. It’s called “social engineering”. Let’s see, every left-wing regime did this in the past. The Nazi’s (a national socialist party did this in Germany), the Marxist/Leninist Parties in Russia did this, and now we are doing it. It won’t be long before we’re all burning books with the rest of them. It is also important to understand that there are different kinds of liberals. The bad liberals you speak of are called “Progressive Liberals”. They believe in censoring and destroying everything they disagree with. The good liberals are called Classical Liberals (libertarians, constitutionalists etc) believe in complete freedom as prescribed in the Constitution. Classical Liberals are mainly in the middle of the road politically. We live in a police state dictated by progressive liberal ideals.
