Why are payments delayed?
We hold affiliate earnings for a month before adding them to your cleared balance because sometimes customers will try to do chargebacks through their credit card companies and we are forced to refund their payment. When this happens you will not receive comission for the refunded payment. In some rare cases, chargebacks are issued more than a month after the payment is made. If this happens with a payment you referred to us then the refunded payment will be deducted from your next month’s revenue.
