you raise a good point, however the only and I MEAN ONLY alternative to your argument is governmental control over people personal lifes and the rights to have a child, which will lead to legislation being introduced as to who passes the criteria of having rights for a family. That is a dangerous road as it leads to further control and we wake up and its Hello no more freedom. Education is the only free liberal and mature approach to this problem, and it starts with many angle from social welfare reforms and teaching standards, society problems such as housing and poverty being tackled, people arent born stupid they are just raised that way, we need to reform our methods to develop a better society. igonre the idiots who say ban them from having kids, who the hell wants to live in China, we have a good system in the UK like it or lump it its not perfect by any means, but why do you think everyone wants to live here or somewhere of a similar standing.
