Many people today are separating from their institutional churches of origin for the third reason. They are following in the footsteps of Jesus Christ. Jesus did not reject the principles of the Mosaic Law. He only perfected them. He rejected the Jewish Synagogues' social and legal regulations. Aggiornamento, adjusting religion to the spiritual needs of humans in given historical epochs, was the concern of Christ and His Apostles.
