Why are so many nasty people thumbs up comp?
They do it just because they can. We can’t backtrack their movements so they can do whatever they want without being reported. My suggestion for Yahoo is that they create a program which registers every thumbs down given, and when they notice one account is giving out a too many thumbs down, to send them a message asking why it is. If not replied, to suspend that account. Or, when you have a stalker giving you thumbs down, to alter that same program to register how many thumbs down an account gives to a certain other account, and if this amount reaches a certain percentage, to do the same thing; send a message asking why and when there is no reply, suspend the account. Freedom of opinion is nice, but taking advantage of that freedom isn’t.
sometimes people can just give them for no reason and its sad. I think its sad when people report people to for no valid reason also, its nice to have a healthy debate and forget it, the whole point is so people can express their opinions, and it should be left at that or it would be boring, but people get annoyed and report, you should only do that if its really really really bad and abusive.
