Why are some PLL property values incorrect in the Resource Property Editor of the Quartus® II Chip Editor?

0

Solution Modifying properties of a PLL with the Chip Editor in the Quartus II software version 3.0 could result in incorrect phase and/or spread spectrum values being displayed since the input period is incorrectly assumed to be 0. However, only the information displayed is incorrect – the correct phase tap and counter settings are set in the generated SRAM Object File (.sof) file. This issue has been fixed in the Quartus II software version 3.0 SP1.
