All of the circuit boards, the sensor and the batteries on the battery powered units are located above the counter in the faucet housing. Additionally, the majority of the faucet is preassembled. The only electronic item below the counter is the solenoid valve, which is threaded on to the base of the faucet. Also, the solenoid valve rotates 360° for maximum flexibility. No parts ever require wall mounting, saving considerable contractor installation time. With fewer parts below counter, the amount of time spent by the installer in cramped quarters under the sink is minimized. Another simplification on the installation process is the elimination of the need to adjust the sensor. We also offer the option of stainless steel flexible hoses to make installation even easier. Our under-counter mixers connect directly to the solenoid for added convenience.
