Just checked in to Kari be Hotel (I wanted to check it out since we had discussed it in the forum a couple of months ago.) So far, I’ve only been to the lobby and my room, but it has all the amenities of a hotel in the states. Definitely state of the art and the Internet access appears to be flawless and fast. (The hotel is also not that expensive compared to the Montana.) I think I’ve found my new spot in Port-Au-Prince! We’re going to try to run around to what’s left of the Flag Day celebrations and post pictures later on. The photos are FABULOUS!!! I’m soooo jealous! The Haitian coastline/scenary, off the boats, are to die for! Oh man, such beauty! Wow! Keep us posted!!! At least I can dream! That’s no reason to belittle what’s being done.
