Why are there only 6 lines of code in the buffer after loading 10 lines of the original HEX file?

Because the software can deal with code of different lengths and the buffer loads the data according to the starting address and record type for each line. Please check instructions for loading HEX file with Superpro programmer under the following link. /pages.php?  more
