If there is a problem getting the Pocket PC to accept the cssdriver.dll, do a soft reboot of the Pocket PC and try again. If this does not fix the problem completely uninstall the Crypto Client from both the hand-held and the laptop, do a soft reboot of the Pocket PC, and the install the software from the beginning.
