Why are there so many Polish people living in England?
I am an American that lives part-time in eastern Europe. I actually feel that the English should cut the Poles and others some slack since they are also EU members and I have seen many English people living and working in eastern Europe where they are treated alright. I have heard that many from the former eastern block countries are returning home because they employers in England are treating them like **** and abusing them by making them work 60 hour work weeks and not paying over-time.They work 100 minute hours not 60 and are told that it is just easier for the time clocks to keep track by going on 100 min. hours. All sorts of BS answers are used as a cheap excuse to abuse people. It really is a shame because people from the east aren’t afraid of hard work but they are nobody’s fools either.
