Tires that may be used in Europe will generally have a speed rating or symbol. In the United States, with a few exceptions, the only truck tire with maximum speed ratings posted on the casing will be local use tires, such as tires for dump trucks, concrete mixers, etc.

It all depends on what market the tires were made for. In general, not all sites give a clear description of parts and spare parts. I was lucky when I searched on this siteĀ Meritor truck parts, although I wasn’t looking for tires, I found all the necessary information and part cross references.
