Why aren all the ice cream flavours completely organic?
We have 11 flavours that are completely organic and around 16 that are not organic. While our organic milk is used in all our ice creams, in the 16 that are not organic, we use non-organic sugar, egg, toffee etc. We would love to make all our ice cream 100% organic, but currently we are finding that the non-organic range is selling well in our home market, with the organic range selling better in the South of England. So I’m afraid we can’t buck the market and will carry on supplying our local market with what they find sells better.
