In California, it feels like Pot is more legal than Cigarettes. Frankly, I think we're too lenient on both. Cigarettes aren't personal choices. I am forced to inhale smoke from both Pot smokers and Cigarettes and gotten sick from both. THe smoke linger for a long time and travel in unexpected path. Cigarettes has one advantage over pot, and that is I don't have to deal with behavioral problems deriving from cigarettes.
