Local HVAC codes, climatic requirements and commonly used systems vary significantly throughout eh country so we do not include these details on our plans. Consequently, we do not know which direction the water flow will enter your house, or where the electrical feed will enter. It is in your best interest to contact a local HVAC contractor, electrician and plumber to determine the best layout for your new home. Consider setting up a meeting with your proposed plans so they can make any recommendations or provide insights on how to make your dream home work.  more
