Why aren’t my balanced (XLR) / (RCA) unbalanced line inputs working?

This is a common problem when recording on the CDR510 in analog mode. On the back of the unit, left hand side, there is a switch that selects either the balanced XLR inputs or the unbalanced RCA inputs. Please use this switch to select the desired input.
